Does limited edition scents or seasonal collections restock?

New collection releases sell quickly! While in season we try to keep them restocked. We will make an announcement when a collection is coming to an official end.

How can I order a custom product or scent?

What tips do you have for managing eczema?

We are by no means licensed professionals or doctors. But after living with eczema since a toddler without much help from the pros I learned a few things and it’s fully manageable. I’ve been off prescribed medications for a few years. We share most of our tips on our wonderful blog #BYEECZEMA with our online community of sufferers.

Which payment methods are accepted online or during pick-up?

For online accept all major credit cards via PayPal with plans to expands this options in the future to include Apple Pay and Amazon payments.

Although cash is accepted for pick-up orders we often do not keep cash on hand so we reccommend electronic payments.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping starts at $7. To get an estimate, at checkout update the shipping county.

How long will delivery take?

Once your payment is completed it can take 2-7 business days (weekends excluded) to ship orders. Most orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority and tracking numbers with shipping updates are emailed.

Also note our company recently went viral and although we’re currently on schedule expect a delay of up to 1-3 business days.
